Through practical experience and long-time cooperation with some of the leading marine companies in the world, we have gained specialized knowledge that stretch more than 40 years back. This make us capable of delivering complete customized solutions, fast and effectively.
We are ready to take on the job all the way from initial planning, to final implementation and upgrade, either offshore or during yard stay. Our projects vary from small renovations or upgrades on existing modules to full reconstruction of a whole accommodation unit.

Our origin story - From Miljø Gulve to CS Accommodation
Our offshore history
First offshore maintenance job done by “Miljø Gulve” in the North sea onboard Maersk Explorer – Miljø Gulve was established by Carl Henning Pedersen in 1977 and had until now mainly focused on traditional flooring jobs.
Carsten Simonsen takes over the company after Carl Henning Pedersen passed away
Carsten Simonsen establish CS Gulve from the remains of Miljø Gulve
CS Gulve begins focusing more on refurbishment of floors on oil rigs and platforms, both on yard stays and offshore.
More disciplines are added to the company, such as refurbishments of walls, ceilings, subfloors, wet units, etc.
The company becomes a private limited company under the name CS Gulve A/S
The company expands with more employees and new departments such as project development, project management and sales.
Main focus now extends into supplying complete accommodation solutions, now including the production of custom furniture, galley equipment, etc.
CS Gulve A/S changes name to CS Accommodation A/S.
Johnny Skov joins as partner in CS Accommodation A/S.
